Cucinario, perché?
Un nome che richiama il ricettario dei nostri nonni, le attività consuete nelle cucine, enormi, con tanti componenti delle famiglie di una volta....
Cucinario era forse qualcosa non proprio di scritto......
Il mio cucinario riporta ricette realizzate in una piccola cucina di oggi da una nonna curiosa dei cibi, tradizionali e non.

OGGI HO FATTO....
Crema di sedano,
involtini di cavolo cappuccio formaggio e salumi
Fegato di cinghiale con sughetto di cipolla e pomodorini, broccolo condito con olio, involtino di cavolo cappuccio, per cena

Perbacco! mangerò veloce una pasta al pomodoro e stasera tardi per la piscina...ma se non torno stanca mi faccio una torta che l'altra è praticamente finita e a colazione mi piace coccolarmi.
I loved everything until you mentioned liver of wild boer. I, unfortunately haye liver. I've tried it in many different ways but yet to find a way to enjoy it. I'm on my way to Devonshire Mall looking for a gift or gifts for my wife for Christmas. It will be a challenge because I can never get it right when it comes to gifts for MaryLou. Ciao Ivana.

The more important time is on 24 night, when I cook for all, sister, aunt, children and grandchildren...and perhaps someone more!!! I put the recipe, the way I cook liver! Expressly for you and Bee!
