Mi onora mostrare alcune immagini della cittadina, per riconoscenza agli amici, Vreni e Toni, nella cui bella casa soggiornavamo, ma anche a loro amici che ci hanno pure invitato da loro!
Per questo abbino ogni post a una ricetta, eseguita da loro e...gustata da noi...io poi stravedo per queste ricette, ricche, goduriose, genuine...cercherò di replicarle, man mano, nella mia cucina.
La prima domenica di settembre si svolge la Sagra della Parmigiana e della Focaccia, per la Festa della Madonna della Pietà....in questa occasione Vreni ci ha preparato la Parmigiana della famiglia...ottima, saporita, ricca !
Le melanzane, come tutte le altre verdure trovano un impiego importantissimo nella cucina pugliese, e Vreni da pura elvetica si è...adeguata e ha imparato benissimo, guadagnando il rispetto di cognate, parenti ed amici!
Per adesso metto le foto fatte da Vreni durante l'esecuzione della ricetta, devo sistemare il modello del testo della ricetta che non mi combina col blog, e mi fa arrabbiare, a quest'ora della notte
Le abbiamo mangiate proprio il giorno della Festa della Madonna della Pietà!

i wanted to mention that i found so different in europe, the windows open out, not up or in like ours. and there are no screens on the windows. so different to me.

The veggies are very important in that Region Puglia!

Non so se questa sia una novità, questa è la ricetta di Adelfia, prov Bari, dove domenica c'era la sagra della parmigiana e della focaccia, ricetta e foto sono di una casalinga di Adelfia!
