ZUCCHINE---STORY continua.... con PEPERONE, new Entry!!!


Zucchine ripiene, fiori pure ripieni e una zucchetta lunga arrosto!



Avanzavano ancora zucchine...che faccio?
Strane elucubrazioni: crespelle al prezzemolo giganti e farcia con zucchine, Tropea, formaggi, mortadella e LABNE...una fantasia bizzarra, che chiamo strudel!!!


Guardo meglio in frigo e trovo due peperoni, quasi dimenticati!!!
Li faccio ripieni di riso lessato, pomodoro, olive, filetti acciughe e provolone.
Precottura al MW per 5' dei mezzi peperoni, poi li farcisco, e finisco la cottura sempre al MW, per 6' a 700W.
Mangiati con Emmental, melone, radicchio verde, una tigella...ottima cena....chissà se è un abbinamento plausibile...a noi è piaciuto!!!

it does look like strudel doesn't it? and it sounds delicious. all but the anchovies. sarge and i were talking yesterday about anchovies. they are too strong in flavor i think. i like the smallest bit in a ceaser salad and that's about the only place i can stand them. but l like anchovies. strange, huh?

Ciao Bee!!!
I was not so sure about anchovies....I put only two small pieces!!!
We use anchovies for a onion, tunafish sauce for Spaghetti!

Good morning Ivana. Today is the day I go see my doctor. Maybe he'll laugh when he see's me.
My brother Tom and his wife Laura are taking a holiday to Roccamorice, the birth of my father. I got into Google yesterday and I saw many different areas where my dad lived.
