CASUMARO...LUMACA 2009....PIATTI...una delizia

Con amici abbiamo gustato la Cena alla Sagra della Lumaca, nella Sala Polivalente a CASUMARO, all' affollatissimo STAND "OSTERIA della LUMACA"


La struttura moderna e accogliente, subito dietro la piazza

Tagliatelle con Lumache alla Casumarese



Crespelle con Ricotta e Spinaci, dal menu tradizionale



Tagliatelle al Capriolo, dal menu tradizionale



Gnocchetti di Patate alle lumache, rotondi e piccoli, come chicche



Ciupèta mignon, tipico pane del ferrarese, una meraviglia

Oh my goodness...snails, yum! Now I am ready for all these dishes. I have never fixed snails, but I do love to eat them. So does Dick. I am ready for som escargot!

Mangiare tanti è come mangiare le lumache in cielo. I didn't know there were so many ways of cooking snails. I'll need to know how to make at least one of them but I doubt that MaryLou nor AmyLynn would attemt to eat them. They think I'm crazy now with the wierd seaful things I eat now. The desserts, the Fiordilatte al Caffè, and the Zuccotto all'Amaretto were the highlite after eating all those snails. How about some coffee now. I wish I was in Italy Ivana. Ciao my friend.

I'll never make snails at home...too difficult, and Gianni doesn't eat them!!!
He got Tagliatelle al Capriolo and grilled beef!!!
